Getting started

What is P2P trading?

Peer-to-peer (P2P) trading means you buy or sell crypto directly with another person. You agree on a price in an ad, pay each other using a local payment method (bank transfer, mobile money, e-wallets…), and P2P.Show holds the crypto in escrow so neither side can cheat.

How do I buy crypto?

1. Open P2P Trading, choose Buy, the coin and your currency. 2. Pick an offer: check the price, limits, payment methods and the trader's completion rate. 3. Enter the amount and place the order. The seller's crypto is locked in escrow. 4. Pay the seller using the details shown in the order, then tap "I have paid". 5. The seller confirms your payment and releases the crypto to your wallet.

How do I sell crypto?

Deposit crypto to your wallet, add a payment method where you want to receive money, then either respond to a Buy ad on the Sell tab, or post your own sell ad. When a buyer pays, check your bank or wallet and release only once the money has arrived.

Which currencies and countries are supported?

We support 151 currencies. Prices are shown in your local currency automatically, based on your location. You can switch currency at any time from the top bar, which is handy when you travel.

Safety

How does escrow protect me?

When an order opens, the seller's crypto is moved into escrow, so the seller can't spend it elsewhere. It only leaves escrow when the seller releases it to the buyer, or when support resolves an appeal.

Sellers: when should I release?

Only after you see the full amount in your own account, sent by a person whose name matches the buyer. Never rely on screenshots, SMS or emails, because they can be faked. Once released, a trade cannot be reversed.

Buyers: what if the seller does not release?

After you mark the order as paid, wait for the seller. If they don't respond, open an appeal from the order page (it becomes available 10 minutes after you mark the order as paid). Upload your payment receipt. Support will review it and can release the crypto to you.

Common scams to avoid

• Requests to pay or chat outside the platform • "Support staff" asking you to release crypto (we never do) • Payments from a third party or a different name • Fake payment confirmation emails/SMS • Overpayment refund requests

Wallet

How do deposits work?

Go to Wallet → Deposit, choose the coin and network, and send to the address shown. Then paste your transaction hash (TXID). The deposit is verified on the blockchain and credited to your wallet.

How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals are checked for security and sent by our finance team, usually within a few hours. You can track the status and blockchain TXID under Wallet → History.

Why are my withdrawals paused?

After a password reset, password change or turning off 2FA, withdrawals are paused for 24 hours. This protects you if someone else got into your account.
