1. The service
P2P.Show provides a peer-to-peer marketplace where users post and respond to offers to exchange crypto-assets for fiat currency directly with each other. P2P.Show is not a party to the fiat payment between users. It provides escrow for the crypto side of each order and a dispute (appeal) process.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use crypto services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws, including tax obligations.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials and 2FA secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. One person may hold one account. Accounts may be restricted to protect users or to comply with the law.
4. Trading rules
Buyers must pay the exact order amount from an account in their own name, within the payment window, and only mark an order as paid after paying. Sellers must release crypto promptly once payment is received. Communication must stay in the order chat. Fraud, chargebacks, third-party payments, and harassment are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of disputed amounts as determined in an appeal.
5. Escrow and appeals
Crypto locked for an order can only be released by the seller or by P2P.Show support when resolving an appeal. Appeal decisions are based on order chat, evidence submitted and account history. Releasing crypto is final.
6. Fees
Applicable trading and withdrawal fees are listed on the Fees page and may change with notice.
7. Risk
Crypto-asset prices are volatile. P2P.Show does not provide investment advice. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so funds sent to a wrong address or network may be lost.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, P2P.Show is not liable for losses arising from users' fiat payments, third-party payment providers, or user error.
